Back in the USSRのバックコーラスがビーチボーイズを意識したものだというのは聞いているうちに気づくのではないかと思うのだが、ちょっと歌詞カードを見ていたら、これ、歌詞も「カリフォルニア・ガールズ」を意識したものになってる。それに、my my---とひっぱられているから気づかなかったけれど、考えてみればグルジアは英語にすればジョージアなわけで、ここには「我が心のジョージア」も入ってる。ポールの遊び心満載。きっと、気づいてないのがまだまだあるんだろうな。
